Sands Motel Reservations and Policies

• A minimum deposit equal to half of the total room rate is required for all reservations of 2 nights or more. A One Night stay requires full payment
• Deposits can be made in cash, personal check, money order or credit card. If deposit by credit card, this card MUST be presented with the credit card owner, or the reservation will be denied.
• Personal checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival date
• Maximum of 2 children under 12 free in the same room with parents. A charge will be applied for additional children under 12 in the same room with parents.
• No switching of original registered guests.

HOTEL POLICIES

• Accomodations are for registered guests only.
• Rates do not include tax. There will be a 5% Occupancy Fee in addition to the 7% sales tax. This will result in a 12% additional fee on the above room rates. This has been enacted by the State of New Jersey
• There will be a $150 CASH security deposit due upon arrival.
• There will be a $100 room cleaning charge for any room that was not left the way it was found. That will be deducted from your Security Deposit if necessary.
• All renters must be 18 years of age or older to rent rooms. No one under 17 will be permitted to stay without their parents.
• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool area. Minors are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages anywhere on the property of the Sands Motel. This will be strictly enforced (especially during Prom season).
• Registered Guests only on the premises
• There will be no loud or abusive language and/or fighting on our premises. The Sands Motel has the right to refuse any individual from staying if this occurs.
• Damages to all rooms will be assessed and you will be responsible for payment of damaged items.
• All rates based based on double occupancy.
